La comp\u00e9tence A5 des supports de cours des CFC TDM propose un ensemble d\u2019outils \u00e0 disposition et explique les concepts indispensables \u00e0 conna\u00eetre pour garantir la qualit\u00e9 des prestations de retraitement, la satisfaction des clients et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des patients.<\/p>\n<p>Comme vous le savez, les Bonnes Pratiques Suisses de Retraitement des Endoscopes flexibles, thermolabiles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment publi\u00e9es. Comme \u00e0 l\u2019accoutum\u00e9e, une checklist d\u2019\u00e9valuation de la conformit\u00e9 par rapport au r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel vous a \u00e9t\u00e9 transmise dans la foul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Il est essentiel de vous assurer de sa transmission dans les services connexes de votre \u00e9tablissement, et de la renseigner sans attendre les \u00e9ventuelles inspections des autorit\u00e9s. Nous avons l\u2019exp\u00e9rience des BPR des dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux depuis une vingtaine d\u2019ann\u00e9e maintenant. Peut-\u00eatre pouvons-nous accompagner les services concern\u00e9s pour r\u00e9aliser ces auto-\u00e9valuations\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est un exercice qui permet de clarifier certains points en mati\u00e8re de disposition des locaux, de responsabilit\u00e9s, de formations du personnel, d\u2019\u00e9laboration de proc\u00e9dures, de maintenance et validation des \u00e9quipements par exemple.<\/p>\n<p>La question de la responsabilit\u00e9 des plateaux de retraitement des endoscopes flexibles se posera in\u00e9vitablement au sein des \u00e9tablissements concern\u00e9s.
