Ch\u00e8res et chers membres,<\/p>\n

La formation des professionnels du retraitement des dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux en Suisse peut se pr\u00e9valoir d\u2019une longue tradition d\u2019engagement de la SGSV\/SSSH\/SSSO dans ce domaine, gage de confiance des autorit\u00e9s r\u00e9glementaires, des employeurs et des clients des SRDM.<\/p>\n

Le contenu des diff\u00e9rents programmes de formations initiales (STE1, STE2, STE3, \u2026) et des formations continues a \u00e9volu\u00e9 au fil des ann\u00e9es, afin de r\u00e9pondre au devoir de diligence qui incombe \u00e0 chaque acteur en lien avec cette profession concourant \u00e0 garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des patients.<\/p>\n

Les collaborations historiques avec les centres de formation en Suisse Al\u00e9manique (H+ Bildung), Romande (Espace-Comp\u00e9tences) et au Tessin (Scuola medico-tecnica) ont toujours permis d\u2019atteindre les objectifs tant sur le fond (contenu) que sur la forme (organisation, p\u00e9dagogie).<\/p>\n

En 2007, vous avez vot\u00e9 pour la mise en route du CFC TDM, qui permet notamment depuis les premiers laur\u00e9ats en 2021 de renforcer l\u2019identit\u00e9 du personnel de retraitement des dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux, de proposer l\u2019acquisition des comp\u00e9tences par la voie de l\u2019apprentissage, comme pour tant d\u2019autres professions.<\/p>\n

L\u2019engagement des membres \u00e9lus des comit\u00e9s centraux et des sections a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 guid\u00e9 par la volont\u00e9 de servir la collectivit\u00e9, et non leurs propres int\u00e9r\u00eats. Les commissions paritaires de formation ont toujours fonctionn\u00e9 sur ce mod\u00e8le, \u00e0 la recherche permanente d\u2019un consensus au service des participantes et des participants aux cours de formation niveaux 1, 2 et 3 pour ne citer que ceux-ci.<\/p>\n

Le monde change\u00a0! Et pas seulement au niveau g\u00e9opolitique \u2026<\/p>\n

En Suisse al\u00e9manique, ces derniers mois, un certain nombre de divergences ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en lumi\u00e8re au sein de la commission de formation entre H+ Bildung et les repr\u00e9sentants \u00e9lus du comit\u00e9 de la section al\u00e9manique. Le dialogue est devenu tr\u00e8s difficile, voire impossible, conduisant \u00e0 une cristallisation des positions de chacune des parties, et \u00e0 une communication regrettable pouvant conduire \u00e0 des offres de formation concurrentes pour le STE 1 par exemple, d\u00e8s 2026\u00a0!<\/p>\n

C\u2019est un non-sens vis-\u00e0-vis des employeurs, des autorit\u00e9s, des associations professionnelles partenaires de la SGSV\/SSSH\/SSSO, et des membres bien entendu.<\/p>\n

Monsieur Fr\u00e9dy Cavin et moi-m\u00eame, au nom du comit\u00e9 central, et dans l\u2019esprit qui nous anime depuis plus de 20 ans, essayons de trouver une solution, de renouer le dialogue, mais surtout de convaincre, qu\u2019au-del\u00e0 des conflits \u00ab\u00a0de personne\u00a0\u00bb, il s\u2019agit de prendre en compte l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n

Je ne manquerai pas de vous tenir inform\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00e9volution de cette situation, dans laquelle nos leviers d\u2019action semblent d\u00e9sormais limit\u00e9s, et tiens \u00e0 vous rappeler que \u00ab\u00a0L\u2019essentiel, c\u2019est Vous\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n
