Nous avons pu nous retrouver \u00e0 Bienne en juin dernier dans une atmosph\u00e8re conviviale et propice aux \u00e9changes professionnels. Nous \u00e9tions plus de 400 participants sur les 2 jours, dont pr\u00e8s de 40% se sont rendus \u00e0 la soir\u00e9e conviviale.<\/p>\n

Le comit\u00e9 central vous remercie de votre confiance et de vos retours d\u2019\u00e9valuation de ces journ\u00e9es. Il est important que vous nous fassiez part de vos observations, car une \u00abvision h\u00e9licopt\u00e8re\u00bb est toujours plus pertinente. Un exemple? Certains participants consid\u00e8rent que la derni\u00e8re demi-journ\u00e9e est optionnelle\u2026 Nous allons nous pencher sur la question, d\u2019autant que conform\u00e9ment aux Bonnes Pratiques de Retraitement 2022, l\u2019attestation de formation indique le nombre de p\u00e9riodes de formation\u2026<\/p>\n

Les 9 et 10 septembre prochain, les CFC TDM seront mis \u00e0 l\u2019honneur lors des Swisskills \u00e0 Berne. 14 candidats vont se d\u00e9partager le vendredi au travers d\u2019\u00e9preuves que nous avons pr\u00e9par\u00e9es. Toute la Suisse sera repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e (Suisse al\u00e9manique, romande et le Tessin). Les 4 finalistes se d\u00e9partageront le samedi matin pour \u00e9tablir le classement final. Belle promotion du travail accompli!<\/p>\n

Le comit\u00e9 central va \u00e9tudier vos propositions concernant vos attentes et besoins vis-\u00e0-vis de la SGSV\/SSSH\/SSSO. Les axes de travail tiendront compte de vos remarques. Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 initialis\u00e9 le projet de construction du brevet f\u00e9d\u00e9ral: ce sera la suite logique pour les titulaires du CFC TDM.<\/p>\n

Une question r\u00e9currente nous est pos\u00e9e: quelle \u00e9chelle de salaire correspond au CFC TDM? Votre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ne peut pas r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la question puisque chaque employeur fixe les conditions de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration. Nous pouvons seulement recommander de discuter avec les directions des \u00e9tablissements afin de positionner ce CFC dans la moyenne salariale des autres CFC en lien avec la sant\u00e9. Pour un jeune titulaire du dipl\u00f4me, la troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e d\u2019apprentissage pourrait \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une ann\u00e9e d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 \u00e0 faire valoir. Pour les autres, il s\u2019agira de mettre en exergue les ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9riences dans d\u2019autres fonctions susceptibles d\u2019\u00eatre utiles pour le poste.<\/p>\n
