1. Quelle est ta motivation \u00e0 accompagner les apprentis dans leur formation au quotidien?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Je souhaite transmettre aux apprentis un maximum de savoir(-faire), afin qu\u2019ils r\u00e9ussissent leur formation. Nous savons tous qu\u2019une formation ne se d\u00e9roule pas toujours sans anicroches ; je tiens donc \u00e0 soutenir les apprenants, et tout particuli\u00e8rement s\u2019ils sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s, afin de les aider \u00e0 surmonter ces derni\u00e8res.<\/p>\n

2. Qu\u2019est-ce qui t\u2019a incit\u00e9e \u00e0 endosser le r\u00f4le de formatrice?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Notre service de st\u00e9rilisation devait se doter d\u2019un formateur suppl\u00e9mentaire, et je me suis dit qu\u2019il serait dommage de ne pas partager mes connaissances et mon exp\u00e9rience. Ayant moi-m\u00eame suivi la formation de Technologue en dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux CFC, je souhaitais transmettre cet acquis \u00e0 la rel\u00e8ve. De plus, je suis une personne patiente et j\u2019aime montrer et expliquer de nouvelles choses.<\/p>\n

3. Quelle difficult\u00e9s rencontres-tu dans l\u2019encadrement des apprentis?<\/strong><\/p>\n

L\u2019un des d\u00e9fis r\u00e9side certainement dans ma volont\u00e9 d\u2019accorder la m\u00eame attention \u00e0 tout un chacun. Il peut arriver qu\u2019un apprenant ait besoin de plus de soutien, mais je ne souhaite pas que les autres se sentent moins bien encadr\u00e9s. Par ailleurs, les humeurs parfois\u2026 imp\u00e9tueuses, dues \u00e0 la pubert\u00e9, doivent \u00eatre bien g\u00e9r\u00e9es: si elles sont tout \u00e0 fait naturelles, elle ne doivent pas pour autant prendre une ampleur d\u00e9mesur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

4. Quelle fonction exerces-tu actuellement?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Je travaille en tant que Technologue en dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux, ce qui comporte de nombreuses t\u00e2ches et activit\u00e9s vari\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

5. Quelles sont tes t\u00e2ches principales?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pour l\u2019essentiel, je donne \u00e0 20% un coup de main \u00e0 la gestion des instruments, et je m\u2019occupe \u00e0 80% de la formation des apprentis TDM, de l\u2019encadrement des stagiaires et de l\u2019initiation des nouveaux collaborateurs.<\/p>\n

6. Comment encadres-tu au mieux tes apprentis dans leur environnement p\u00e9dagogique, l\u2019entreprise?<\/strong><\/p>\n

J\u2019initie personnellement les apprenants \u00e0 de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences op\u00e9rationnelles et je contr\u00f4le leur travail. Parall\u00e8lement, je les encadre lors de l\u2019\u00e9laboration de leur dossier de formation et leur donne un feed-back. Afin de fournir r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement aux apprenants un retour sur leur niveau de formation, j\u2019\u00e9tablis \u00e0 la fin de chaque semestre un rapport de formation, qui \u00e9value leurs comp\u00e9tences, leur dossier de formation ainsi que leurs performances (\u00e9cole et CIE). A la fin du rapport de formation, des objectifs et \/ ou des mesures sont d\u00e9fini(e)s pour le semestre suivant.<\/p>\n

7. En qualit\u00e9 de formatrice, si tu \u00e9tais toi-m\u00eame responsable, que ferais-tu pour encadrer au mieux tes apprenants?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Je choisirais au sein de mon \u00e9quipe des formateurs pratiques suppl\u00e9mentaires, qui pourraient me soutenir dans la formation des apprenants! Je ne peux en effet pas \u00eatre partout \u00e0 la fois, en particulier lorsque les apprenants travaillent dans les diff\u00e9rentes zones (sale, propre). Ainsi, les apprenants auraient toujours un interlocuteur \u00e0 leur disposition.
