Chers membres,<\/p>

Le comit\u00e9 central pr\u00e9pare activement les prochaines Journ\u00e9es Nationales Suisses sur la St\u00e9rilisation les 18 et 19 juin prochain au cours desquelles seront abord\u00e9s des th\u00e8mes en lien avec les pr\u00e9occupations actuelles des collaborateurs des SRDM. Nous esp\u00e9rons vous y retrouver nombreuses et nombreux, conscients de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 votre devoir de diligence au sens de la Loi sur les Produits Th\u00e9rapeutiques.<\/p>

A ce propos, les formations initiales et continues des professionnels des SRDM sont des marqueurs indispensables des obligations en la mati\u00e8re.<\/p>

Vous avez d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de la cr\u00e9ation et du d\u00e9veloppement du CFC TDM, et \u00eates repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans le cadre des commissions paritaires entre la SGSV\/SSSH\/SSSO et les \u00e9coles partenaires en Suisse al\u00e9manique, romande et au Tessin. Ces formations sont mentionn\u00e9es et reconnues dans nos bonnes pratiques et les guides associ\u00e9s, le logo de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 suisse de st\u00e9rilisation faisant foi.<\/p>

La Suisse est reconnue en Europe et dans le monde comme un mod\u00e8le en mati\u00e8re d\u2019enseignement, proposant diff\u00e9rents niveaux de formation en fonction des comp\u00e9tences attendues pour les diff\u00e9rents profils de postes (Technologue, agent de st\u00e9rilisation, responsable, charg\u00e9 des validations des \u00e9quipements).<\/p>

Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation, votre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a toujours consid\u00e9r\u00e9 que la formation des collaborateurs \u00e9tait la condition indispensable, le pr\u00e9requis au respect des Bonnes Pratiques.<\/p>

Vous avez d\u00e9cid\u00e9 que le support de formation des CFC TDM serait la documentation de base sur laquelle les enseignants doivent s\u2019appuyer pour pr\u00e9parer leurs cours, les autres ouvrages pouvant servir de compl\u00e9ments mais ne plus se substituer aux cahiers A, B, C, D et E.<\/p>

En dehors de ces formations \u00ab\u00a0historiques\u00a0\u00bb, d\u2019autres initiatives se d\u00e9veloppent, nous ne pouvons que nous en f\u00e9liciter. Nous esp\u00e9rons une franche collaboration en toute transparence avec les sections de notre association, sans concurrence, en compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9, afin de garantir la coh\u00e9rence de notre syst\u00e8me de formation.<\/p>

L\u2019engagement associatif rel\u00e8ve toujours d\u2019une profonde volont\u00e9 collective, au service des autres, au d\u00e9pend de toute initiative personnelle. Nous sommes vos repr\u00e9sentants devant les autorit\u00e9s, les autres associations professionnelles, et devons demeurer les garants de notre \u00e9thique professionnelle.<\/p>
