Et pourtant, le travail de celles-ci est essentiel\u00a0: car sans instruments st\u00e9riles, pas d\u2019op\u00e9rations s\u00fbres. Il est donc capital que ce personnel b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une solide formation, comprenne parfaitement les processus et les enjeux relatifs \u00e0 l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et ait un sens aigu des responsabilit\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Lorsque l\u2019on devient \u00ab\u00a0technologue en dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux avec CFC\u00a0\u00bb, on ne choisit pas simplement une profession\u2026 on accepte une v\u00e9ritable mission, celle de garantir l\u2019<em>invisible s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/em> dans la sant\u00e9 publique\u00a0! Alors tant qu\u2019\u00e0 faire, autant investir dans une solide formation, ainsi que dans des personnes impliqu\u00e9es, pr\u00eates \u00e0 assumer des responsabilit\u00e9s. Aujourd\u2019hui, nous souhaitons nous arr\u00eater sur le r\u00f4le jou\u00e9 par les formateurs et les formatrices professionnel(le)s en entreprise (FEE).<\/p><p>Ces personnes portent en effet une double casquette\u00a0: elles sont \u00e0 la fois en charge de la formation professionnelle ET un exemple pour les apprenti(e)s. Or dans le domaine du retraitement des dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux \u2013 particuli\u00e8rement exigeant en termes de pr\u00e9cision, d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et de connaissances r\u00e9glementaires \u2013 ce double r\u00f4le est capital. Les FEE transmettent non seulement le savoir technique sp\u00e9cifique requis, mais aussi une compr\u00e9hension approfondie de ce que sont, notamment, l\u2019assurance-qualit\u00e9, les normes, la responsabilit\u00e9 \u00e9thique et l\u2019esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/p><p>Il nous semblait donc appropri\u00e9 de mettre en lumi\u00e8re &#8211; et d\u2019appr\u00e9cier \u2013 leur travail. Sans FEE engag\u00e9(e)s, il n\u2019y aurait pas de professionnels soigneusement form\u00e9s pour mettre \u00e0 disposition des dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux de qualit\u00e9, retrait\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re s\u00fbre et moderne.
