Chers membres,<\/p>

Le comit\u00e9 central s\u2019est r\u00e9uni le 24 janvier pour d\u00e9finir la feuille de route des deux sections dans le cadre de l\u2019article 2 des statuts de la SGSV\/SSSH\/SSSO.<\/p>

La d\u00e9clinaison des objectifs strat\u00e9giques, en lien avec vos r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 l\u2019enqu\u00eate que nous vous avions transmise a \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9e.<\/p>

La formation, la publication de guides pratiques en lien votre activit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle, une plus grande visibilit\u00e9 sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, la reconnaissance de la profession \u00e9taient les principaux axes de travail que vous aviez relev\u00e9s.<\/p>

Cette ann\u00e9e 2024 est une ann\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9lections des membres repr\u00e9sentants vos comit\u00e9s respectifs, en Suisse Al\u00e9manique et en Suisse Romande. Le comit\u00e9 central, au sein duquel les deux comit\u00e9s sont bien repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, a rappel\u00e9 l\u2019importance de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 vos besoins, en respectant l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance des sections dans la d\u00e9clinaison des objectifs dans les diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions linguistiques. Nous ne doutons pas que ces th\u00e8mes seront repris, garantissant la continuit\u00e9 de notre engagement \u00e0 votre service depuis toutes ces ann\u00e9es.<\/p>

Concernant la formation CFC TDM, l\u2019accompagnement et la promotion de ce m\u00e9tier sont au c\u0153ur de nos pr\u00e9occupations. L\u2019exp\u00e9rience de ces ann\u00e9es pass\u00e9es nous sert \u00e0 consolider les acquis, et proposer les am\u00e9nagements indispensables \u00e0 un nouveau m\u00e9tier. De plus en plus de candidats \u00e0 la proc\u00e9dure de qualification selon l\u2019article 32 se pr\u00e9sentent aux examens. Nous devons aussi accompagner les SRDM concern\u00e9es face \u00e0 ces nouvelles demandes.\u00a0<\/p>

En ce qui concerne les formations historiques<\/em>, Ste 1, Ste 2 et toutes autres professions concern\u00e9es par le retraitement des dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux, nous collaborons activement au sein des commissions paritaires afin de poursuivre l\u2019acquisition des comp\u00e9tences requises \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des patients.<\/p>

L\u2019harmonisation des th\u00e8mes des journ\u00e9es de formations continues est aussi un axe de r\u00e9flexions et de partages. Les exp\u00e9riences des sections sont toujours int\u00e9ressantes afin de vous proposer le contenu le plus adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 vos besoins, en toute ind\u00e9pendance.<\/p>

Nous pouvons nous f\u00e9liciter de qualit\u00e9 de la collaboration avec Swissm\u00e9dic et IgWig, qui refl\u00e8te une compr\u00e9hension mutuelle des enjeux du domaine du retraitement des dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux.<\/p>
