Comme ce m\u00e9tier ne m\u2019offrait toutefois pas les perspectives que j\u2019avais imagin\u00e9es, j\u2019ai cherch\u00e9 autre chose, ailleurs\u2026 c\u2019est ainsi que j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert le monde de la st\u00e9rilisation. Imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s mon apprentissage, je suis entr\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4pital cantonal d\u2019Argovie \u00e0 Aarau, o\u00f9 j\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 plusieurs ann\u00e9es, tout en suivant diverses formations, notamment afin de pouvoir former les adultes et les jeunes adultes.<\/p><p>Quelques ann\u00e9es plus tard, j\u2019ai ressenti le besoin d\u2019\u00e9largir mon horizon et j\u2019ai d\u00e9missionn\u00e9. A partir de l\u00e0, mon parcours a pris un tout nouveau tournant et m\u2019a amen\u00e9, au fil des ans, \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir le monde \u00e9conomique suisse: j\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 pour les syndicats.<\/p><p>Dans l\u2019univers syndical, j\u2019ai eu la possibilit\u00e9 de collaborer \u00e0 des conventions collectives de travail, \u00e0 des plans sociaux, \u00e0 des cas juridiques, dans des commissions paritaires, \u00e0 des proc\u00e9dures judiciaires et \u00e0 l\u2019aide en faveur de personnes rencontrant des probl\u00e8mes (priv\u00e9s et professionnels). Ces nombreuses exp\u00e9riences m\u2019ont fait comprendre toute l\u2019importance de l\u2019interaction avec les autres, et m\u2019ont enseign\u00e9 que les apparences sont parfois trompeuses.<\/p><p>Pendant cette p\u00e9riode, j\u2019ai \u00e9galement eu la possibilit\u00e9 de m\u2019engager aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019OdA Sant\u00e9 Zurich et, en qualit\u00e9 d\u2019enseignant pour les cours interentreprises (CIE), de transmettre mon savoir \u00e0 la jeune g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<\/p><p>Rapidement, j\u2019ai compris que le travail en st\u00e9rilisation avec de jeunes \u00e9coliers curieux et avides de connaissances me remplissait de satisfaction. Et c\u2019est ainsi que je me suis de nouveau enti\u00e8rement consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 notre secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Cela fait maintenant quelques ann\u00e9es que je suis responsable de la STER de la Clinique Schulthess et l\u2019un des deux enseignants CIE de Suisse al\u00e9manique.<\/p><p>En qualit\u00e9 de Pr\u00e9sident de la Section al\u00e9manique de la SSSH, je souhaite que nous instaurions, ensemble, une nouvelle \u00e8re de la st\u00e9rilisation. Je suis en effet convaincu que notre domaine d\u2019activit\u00e9s doit gagner en visibilit\u00e9. Pour ce faire, nous devons \u00eatre encore plus pr\u00e9sents dans les \u00e9tablissements dans lesquels nous travaillons et nous soutenir mutuellement, afin de mieux faire (re)conna\u00eetre notre secteur. Concr\u00e8tement, pour la SSSH, cette aspiration passe par la formation continue cibl\u00e9e des collaborateurs STER, afin de garantir le meilleur niveau qualitatif possible.
