Ci-apr\u00e8s, quelques-uns des commentaires faits par les collaborateurs.<\/p><p>Le but \u00e9tait de cr\u00e9er une place de travail ordonn\u00e9e dans la STER, afin de satisfaire pleinement aux exigences d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et de qualit\u00e9. La bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils nous a permis d\u2019atteindre ce but, et elle a \u00e9galement fait ses preuves pour les postes de travail partag\u00e9s \u00e0 plusieurs.<\/p><p>On trouve imm\u00e9diatement le mat\u00e9riel dont on a besoin, sans devoir chaque fois chercher longuement dans les tiroirs ou les armoires. On gagne donc du temps, ce qui est tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cieux, notamment lors des journ\u00e9es tr\u00e8s charg\u00e9es.<\/p><p>On peut am\u00e9nager sa bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils personnelle en fonction de ses propres besoins et de sa conception de l\u2019ordre, ce qui favorise le calme et la concentration. Une petite bo\u00eete, avec de grands effets!<\/p><p>Les tables sont d\u00e9barrass\u00e9es de tout mat\u00e9riel superflu; le collaborateur suivant peut donc s\u2019installer rapidement sur la surface d\u00e9gag\u00e9e et hygi\u00e9nique.<\/p><p>Chacun d\u2019entre nous est responsable de sa propre bo\u00eete et veille \u00e0 ce que le mat\u00e9riel soit propre, complet et bien rang\u00e9. Chaque propri\u00e9taire contr\u00f4le \u00e9galement personnellement la date limite d\u2019utilisation du produit d\u2019entretien et ne doit plus compter sur les autres.<\/p><p>On peut emporter sa bo\u00eete partout avec soi, ce qui est tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant pour les collaborateurs qui travaillent sur diff\u00e9rents sites au sein de l\u2019h\u00f4pital.<\/p><p>Ma bo\u00eete prend moins de place qu\u2019une armoire. Nous avons gagn\u00e9 beaucoup de surfaces libres.
