Permettez-moi de me pr\u00e9senter. Je m\u2019appelle Sabine Schnellmann et j\u2019ai, en janvier 2022, repris la fonction de caissier de la Section suisse al\u00e9manique de la SSSH, fonction occup\u00e9e jusqu\u2019alors par Joachim Dufner.<\/p>

J\u2019ai grandi \u00e0 Berne, o\u00f9, apr\u00e8s ma scolarit\u00e9, j\u2019ai suivi une formation de secr\u00e9taire afin de gagner ma vie, puis j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 des \u00e9tudes et occup\u00e9 divers emplois, notamment dans diff\u00e9rents h\u00f4pitaux\u00a0; ainsi, j\u2019ai pu acqu\u00e9rir de nombreuses exp\u00e9riences. Mes int\u00e9r\u00eats \u00e9taient \u2013 et sont toujours \u2013 tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9s, ce qui explique pourquoi je ne suis pas \u00ab\u00a0entr\u00e9e en st\u00e9rilisation\u00a0\u00bb par un chemin classique. A 25 ans, j\u2019ai fait un apprentissage de libraire, secteur dans lequel j\u2019ai ensuite travaill\u00e9 pendant pr\u00e8s d\u2019un quart de si\u00e8cle. Apr\u00e8s 18 ans pass\u00e9s dans une librairie de taille modeste, j\u2019ai compris que je voulais faire quelque chose de radicalement diff\u00e9rent. Le monde hospitalier m\u2019attirant, j\u2019ai suivi une formation de secr\u00e9taire m\u00e9dicale\u00a0; lorsque je me suis mise en qu\u00eate d\u2019emploi, je suis tomb\u00e9e sur une offre publi\u00e9e par le service de st\u00e9rilisation de l\u2019H\u00f4pital de l\u2019Ile. Je n\u2019avais encore jamais vu un tel service de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, mais les t\u00e2ches de l\u2019annonce me semblaient tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressantes et les exigences requises comme taill\u00e9es sur mesure pour moi\u00a0: aptitude \u00e0 travailler en \u00e9quipe, sens des responsabilit\u00e9s, souci de la qualit\u00e9. Ces caract\u00e9ristiques me d\u00e9finissent aujourd\u2019hui encore, et guideront mon travail en tant que caissi\u00e8re et membre du Comit\u00e9. \u00a0<\/p>

Les d\u00e9fis pointus, la diversit\u00e9 du travail et l\u2019\u00e9volution continue des services de st\u00e9rilisation m\u2019ont toujours beaucoup motiv\u00e9e. Pendant 14 ans, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ma retraite en novembre dernier, j\u2019ai eu la chance de m\u2019atteler avec enthousiasme \u00e0 de nouvelles t\u00e2ches\u00a0; les derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, j\u2019\u00e9tais par exemple responsable des donn\u00e9es de base EuroSDS. J\u2019ai \u00e9galement toujours beaucoup appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 la diversit\u00e9 des collaborateurs, avec leurs cultures et leurs langues respectives.<\/p>

L\u2019heure est venue pour moi de mettre mes connaissances et mon exp\u00e9rience au service de la SSSH.
