Medizinische Innovationen entwickeln sich gerade so schnell wie nie \u2013 fast t\u00e4glich kommen neue Ger\u00e4te, Systeme und Anwendungen auf uns zu. Dabei geht es aber nicht nur um die Technik selbst, sondern vor allem um die Menschen, die damit arbeiten. Medizinproduktetechnologe*in sind dabei viel mehr als \u201eTechniker*in\u201c. Sie sind die Br\u00fccke zwischen Hightech-Ger\u00e4ten und den Patient*in, deren Gesundheit und Leben davon abh\u00e4ngen.<\/p>

Um diesen Job wirklich gut zu machen, reicht reines Fachwissen allerdings nicht aus. Genau hier kommt die Psychologie ins Spiel. Sie hilft uns zu verstehen, wie wir lernen, wie wir mit Stress umgehen und wie wir auch in schwierigen Situationen kluge Entscheidungen treffen.<\/p>

Gutes Lernen \u2013 ob in der Ausbildung oder im Arbeitsalltag \u2013 bedeutet, Wissen so abzuspeichern, dass es auch dann abrufbar ist, wenn es mal hektisch wird. F\u00fcr uns heisst das zum Beispiel: Nicht nur die technischen Abl\u00e4ufe zu kennen, sondern sie auch unter Zeitdruck sicher anwenden zu k\u00f6nnen. Nicht nur Fehler vermeiden, sondern aus ihnen lernen \u2013 und zwar so, dass sie kein zweites Mal passieren.<\/p>

Die Psychologie zeigt ausserdem: Wer weiss, warum er oder sie etwas tut, lernt motivierter und arbeitet konzentrierter. Und genau das ist in unserem Beruf entscheidend \u2013 denn am Ende geht\u2019s darum, Leben zu sch\u00fctzen und Heilung zu erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>

Also in dieser Ausgabe hat es einer interessante erfahrungsaustauschaustausch mit einer Psychologie Studentin. Es lohnt sich reinzulesen!<\/p>

Das Sommer ist vorbei. Der September markiert nicht nur den \u00dcbergang vom Sommer in den Herbst. Lassen Sie sich von den Beitr\u00e4gen inspirieren \u2013 vielleicht nehmen Sie ja ein paar neue Gedanken mit in Ihre t\u00e4gliche Arbeit. Eines bleibt in jedem Fall: Gute Aufbereitung ist und bleibt die Grundlage f\u00fcr sichere Medizin.<\/p>
