Ihre Arbeit ist lebenswichtig &#8211; denn ohne sterile Instrumente gibt es keine sichere Operation. Gerade deshalb brauchen sie eine fundierte Ausbildung, ein klares Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr Hygieneprozesse und eine verantwortungsbewusste Haltung.<\/p><p>Wer Medizinproduktetechnologe*in EFZ wird, w\u00e4hlt nicht nur einen Beruf, sondern eine Mission: die unsichtbare Sicherheit im Gesundheitswesen zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Um dies zu erreichen, lohnt es sich, in eine gute Ausbildung zu investieren &#8211; und in engagierte Lernende, die bereit sind, Verantwortung zu \u00fcbernehmen. In diesem Zusammenhang ist es wichtig, die Rolle der Berufsbildner*in anzuerkennen.<\/p><p>Berufsbildner*in nehmen eine anspruchsvolle Doppelrolle ein &#8211; sie sind Berufsbildner*in und Vorbilder gleichzeitig. Im Berufsfeld der Aufbereitung von Medizinprodukten, das h\u00f6chste Anforderungen an Genauigkeit, Hygiene und regulatorisches Wissen stellt, ist diese Rolle besonders wichtig. Berufsbildner*in vermitteln nicht nur technisches Fachwissen, sondern auch ein tiefes Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr Qualit\u00e4tssicherung, Normen, ethische Verantwortung und Teamarbeit.<\/p><p>Wir sollten ihre Arbeit sichtbar machen und wertsch\u00e4tzen. Denn ohne engagierte Berufsbildner*in g\u00e4be es keine gut ausgebildeten Fachkr\u00e4fte &#8211; und damit keine sichere und fortschrittliche Versorgung mit hochwertigen Medizinprodukten.
