Seit dem ersten Januar 2022 habe ich das Amt des Pr\u00e4sidenten der Deutschschweizersektion im SGSV \u00fcbernommen.<\/p><p>Meine berufliche Laufbahn hat mit einer Lehre als Drucker begonnen. Da mir der Beruf nicht die Perspektive bieten konnte die ich wollte, habe ich mich nach einem anderen Beruf in einem anderen Segment umgeschaut und bin dabei auf die Welt der Sterilisation gestossen. Somit ging es gleich nach der Lehre nach Aarau ins KSA wo ich mehrere Jahre gearbeitet habe und nebenbei noch einige Ausbildungen gemacht habe, u.a. die Ausbildung zur Bef\u00e4higung, Erwachsene und Jung-Erwachsene Ausbilden zu d\u00fcrfen. <br \/>Nach einigen Jahren hatte ich das Bed\u00fcrfnis meinen Horizont zu erweitern und beschloss zu k\u00fcndigen. Von da an startete ein v\u00f6llig neues Kapitel, was mir im Laufe der Jahre ein Bild von der Gesch\u00e4ftswelt Schweiz zeigte. Ich ging in die Gewerkschaft. <br \/>In der Gewerkschaft hatte ich die M\u00f6glichkeit an Gesamtarbeitsvertr\u00e4gen, Sozialpl\u00e4nen, juristischen F\u00e4lle, parit\u00e4tische Kommisionen, gerichtliche Verhandlungen und der Hilfe f\u00fcr Menschen mit Problemen (Privat und auf dem Arbeitsmarkt) zu arbeiten. All dies zeigte mir die Wichtigkeit, am Umgang mit unseren Mitmenschen und dass nicht immer alles so ist wie es scheint.<br \/>In derselben Zeit hatte ich die M\u00f6glichkeit bekommen, mich bei der OdA G ZH zu engagieren und somit mein Wissen an die j\u00fcngere Generation, als \u00dcK-Leiter weiterzugeben.<br \/>Ziemlich fr\u00fch hatte ich erkannt, dass die Arbeit in der Sterilisation mit den jungen, neugierigen Sch\u00fclern etwas ist, was mir Spass macht und mich erf\u00fcllt. Deshalb beschloss ich meinen Fokus wieder vollumf\u00e4nglich auf die Sterilisation zu richten.<\/p><p>Nun bin ich seit einigen Jahren der Leiter der AEMP in der Schulthess Klinik und einer von zwei \u00dcK-Leiter der Deutschschweiz.<\/p><p>In diesem neuen Kapitel des Pr\u00e4sidenten der SGSV Deutschschweiz, m\u00f6chte ich mit euch eine neue \u00c4ra der Sterilisation einl\u00e4uten. <br \/>Meiner Auffassung nach, muss unser Berufsfeld ein Gesicht bekommen. Dies in dem wir pr\u00e4senter in unseren H\u00e4usern werden und in dem wir uns gegenseitig etwas bieten, um voranzukommen. Aus der Sicht des SGSV, muss es in Form von Weiterbildungen, die den Mitarbeitern einer AEMP etwas bringen, um auch Qualit\u00e4t in der Breite zu garantieren.
