1.<\/strong> Begr\u00fcssung und Er\u00f6ffnung der Generalversammlung durch Herv\u00e9 Ney, Pr\u00e4sident des Zentralvorstands der SGSV.<\/p>

2.<\/strong> Wahl der Stimmenz\u00e4hler: Philippe Schifferle und Leonard Monelletta werden als Stimmz\u00e4hler gew\u00e4hlt. 68 Mitglieder sind anwesend.<\/p>

3.<\/strong> Das Protokoll der GV 2021 wird einstimmig genehmigt.<\/p>

4.<\/strong> Jahresberichte<\/p>

4.1<\/strong> Der Jahresbericht des Pr\u00e4sidenten f\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2021 wird einstimmig genehmigt.<\/p>

4.2<\/strong> Steeves Matthey-de-l\u2019endroit pr\u00e4sentiert die Jahresrechnung 2021. Es wird keine Frage gestellt und die Jahresrechnung einstimmig mit einer Enthaltung angenommen.<\/p>

4.3<\/strong> Steeves Matthey-de-l\u2019endroit verliesst den Revisorenbericht, der einstimmig angenommen wird.<\/p>

4.4<\/strong> Die Versammlung erteilt dem Schatzmeister, den Revisoren sowie dem Zentralvorstand einstimmig die Decharge.<\/p>

5.<\/strong> Wahl der Mitglieder des Zentralvorstands.<\/p>

5.1<\/strong> Connie Ingold Kocher wird in den Vorstand wiedergew\u00e4hlt: 65 Ja-Stimmen, 1 Enthaltung und 2 nicht abgegebene Stimmzettel (gelten als nichtig).<\/p>

6.<\/strong> Budget 2022<\/p>

6.1<\/strong> Der Beitrag f\u00fcr Passivmitglieder bleibt unver\u00e4ndert bei CHF 300.-. Einstimmige Genehmigung mit einer Enthaltung.<\/p>

6.2<\/strong> Die GV delegiert einstimmig die Revision der Jahresrechnung f\u00fcr 2022 an das Unternehmen CORDIS Audit AG in Luzern.<\/p>

6.3<\/strong> Die GV entscheidet, den Sektionen Deutschschweiz und Westschweiz je CHF 40’000.\u2013 aus den Gewinnen des Swisster-Kongresses 21 (Genf) zu \u00fcberweisen. Einstimmig angenommen.<\/p>

6.4<\/strong> Steeves Matthey-de-l\u2019endroit pr\u00e4sentiert das Budget 2022
Esther Michaud fragt wie hoch der Gewinn des Swisster21 \u00fcberhaupt gewesen sein. Herv\u00e9 Ney antwortet ungef\u00e4hr \u20ac 280\u2019000 (aktuelle Finalisierung mit MWST, SGSV MwSt.-pflichtig, l\u00e4uft).
Das Budget wird einstimmig genehmigt.<\/p>

7.<\/strong> Informationen<\/p>

7.1<\/strong> Die Ziele 2022 sind im Jahresbericht des Pr\u00e4sidenten beschrieben.
Am Kongress 2022 wird den anwesenden Mitgliedern ein Fragebogen \u00fcberreicht, um herauszufinden, welche Ziele die SGSV in diesem Jahr und in Zukunft gem\u00e4ss den Mitgliedern verfolgen sollte und welche Erwartungen sie an die SGSV stellen.<\/p>

8.<\/strong> Individuelle Vorschl\u00e4ge<\/p>

8.1<\/strong> Der Zentralvorstand schl\u00e4gt eine Statutenver\u00e4nderung vor.
Ver\u00e4nderung des Artikels 10, \u00abDer Zentralvorstand besteht aus mindestens \u2026 einem\/er Medizinproduktetechnologen\/In EFZ\u00bb. Die \u00c4nderung wird einstimmig angenommen.<\/p>

8.2<\/strong> Keine weiteren individuellen Vorschl\u00e4ge<\/p>

9.<\/strong> Verschiedenes<\/p>

9.1<\/strong> Konformit\u00e4t der Statuten
Esther Michaud hat im Rahmen der Revision der Statuten der Deutschschweizer Sektion den Punkt der Konformit\u00e4t der Statuten der SGSV im Anschluss an den Austausch mit dem Unternehmen Graf und Partner, das die Deutschschweizer Sektion dabei unterst\u00fctzte, hervorgehoben.
Herv\u00e9 Ney hat das Schreiben von Graf und Partner erhalten und stellt fest, dass darin nichts von einem Konformit\u00e4tsmangel der zentralen Statuten steht.
Um jedem Missverst\u00e4ndnis jedoch vorzubeugen pr\u00e4zisiert Herv\u00e9 Ney, dass er einem auf das Gebiet des Schweizer Verbandsrechts spezialisierten Juristen mit der Bewertung der Statuten beauftragen wird und die Ergebnisse den Mitgliedern an der n\u00e4chsten GV pr\u00e4sentiert werden.<\/p>

9.2<\/strong> Danksagungen
Esther Michaud, St\u00e9phane Mayor und J\u00f6rg Schnurbursch wird herzlich f\u00fcr ihr Engagement in den vergangenen Jahren im Zentralvorstand gedankt.
