Hier folgende Punkten:<\/p><p>Ziel war es in der AEMP einen ordentlichen Arbeitsplatz zu schaffen, um die Hygieneanforderung und die Qualit\u00e4t effizient umsetzen zu k\u00f6nnen. Mit der Toolbox haben wir dieses Ziel erreichen k\u00f6nnen. Gerade bei nicht personalisierten Arbeitspl\u00e4tze hat sich dieses System bew\u00e4hrt.<\/p><p>Man findet sofort das Material, was man braucht, ohne jedes Mal danach in den Schubl\u00e4den oder Schr\u00e4nken suchen zu m\u00fcssen. So gewinnt man Zeit bei hektischen Tagen, besonders wenn es viel zu erledigen gibt.<\/p><p>Man kann die eigene Toolbox gem\u00e4ss dem eigenen Bed\u00fcrfnis und Ordnungsvorstellung organisieren, das bringt innere Ruhe und hohe Konzentration. Ist eine kleine Box mit grossen Wirkung.<\/p><p>Die Tische sind frei von unn\u00f6tigem Material, sodass der n\u00e4chste Mitarbeiter sofort von der freien, hygienisch sauberen Fl\u00e4che profitieren kann.<\/p><p>Jeder von uns ist f\u00fcr seine Toolbox selbst verantwortlich und sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass das Material sauber, ordentlich und vollst\u00e4ndig vorhanden ist. Auch ist das Verfallsdatum des n\u00f6tigen Pflegemittels vom Toolbox-Besitzer zu kontrollieren. Somit muss man sich nicht auf Andere verlassen.<\/p><p>Auch kann ich meine Toolbox Standort\u00fcbergreifend mitnehmen. Gerade Interessant f\u00fcr Steri-Pendler die auf mehreren Standorten innerhalb des Spitals arbeiten.<\/p><p>Meine Toolbox ben\u00f6tigt nicht so viel Platz wie ein Schrank. Wir haben viel mehr freie Fl\u00e4che gewonnen.
