Sie haben mir Ihr Vertrauen ausgesprochen und ich freue mich sehr, dass Sie mich jetzt f\u00fcr die kommenden drei Jahre in den Zentralvorstand der SGSV gew\u00e4hlt haben.<\/p><p>Bei einer Neuwahl ist es \u00fcblich, sich vorzustellen und dieser Tradition komme ich gerne nach und berichte \u00fcber meinen beruflichen Werdegang sowie meine Hobbies.<\/p><p>Ich startete mit einer Grundausbildung als Dentalassistentin SSO im Val-de-Travers in Neuenburg, der Wiege der Gr\u00fcnen Fee und des damals verbotenen Absinths!<br \/>Ich bildete mich als technische<\/p><p>Operationsfachfrau (TOA) weiter und mit dem Diplom in der Tasche begann ich diese neue Karriere zuerst im Jura und wechselte wenige Jahre sp\u00e4ter freudig zum CHUV. W\u00e4hrend der 13 Jahre in der Orthop\u00e4die des CHUV stieg ich durch Weiterbildungen im Bereich Kader und Sterilisationsexpertin zur Verantwortlichen des OPS auf.<\/p><p>2012 wechselte ich zum H\u00f4pital Riviera und 2013 zum H\u00f4pital du Chablais (heute H\u00f4pital Riviera-Chablais), um die f\u00fcnf Sterilisationseinheiten des damaligen Konstrukts auf den Weg der Konformit\u00e4t zu bringen. Gleichzeitig wurde ich zur Verantwortlichen des Harmonisierungsprojekts der OP-Siebe aller 5 OP-Bl\u00f6cke ernannt, das eine zuk\u00fcnftige Externalisierung und Zentralisierung des OP-Sieb-Parks in das neue H\u00f4pital de Rennaz anstrebte, die nun seit Ende 2019 vollzogen ist.<\/p><p>Seit 2012 bin ich auch Mitglied der Steuergruppe des Bauprojekts der Zentralsterilisation in Martigny. 2017 \u00fcbernahm ich die Leitung der Zentralsterilisation und habe vier Jahre lang mit Feuereifer den Konformit\u00e4tsprozess f\u00fcr die Wiederaufbereitung von MP durchgef\u00fchrt, MPT-Lernende eingestellt und ausgebildet sowie ein Qualit\u00e4tssicherungssystem im Hinblick auf die Zertifizierung SN EN ISO 13485 eingerichtet.<\/p><p>Mit all diesen Berufserfahrungen im Rucksack habe ich dann am 1. M\u00e4rz mein eigenes Unternehmen Sterinnov aus dem Boden gestampft und widme mich nun der Beratung und Schulung im Bereich der Wiederaufbereitung von MP. Gleichzeitig vervollst\u00e4ndige ich meine akademische Managementausbildung an der HEG in Genf.<\/p><p>Zudem bin ich Mutter einer 16j\u00e4hrigen Tochter und lebe mit meinem Partner im Wallis.
