Ich habe von Joachim Dufner auf Januar 2022 das Kassieramt der Deutschschweizer Sektion der SGSV \u00fcbernommen.<\/p><p>Aufgewachsen bin ich in Bern, wo ich zur Schule ging, eine Sekret\u00e4rinnenausbildung machte \u2013 um mein Geld zu verdienen &#8211; , ein Studium begann, diverse Jobs hatte \u2013 auch in verschiedenen Spit\u00e4lern \u2013 , und so viele Erfahrungen sammelte. Meine Interessen waren (und sind) sehr vielf\u00e4ltig \u2013 ich bin also nicht geradewegs auf das Gebiet der Sterilisation von Medizinprodukten zugesteuert.  Mit 25 Jahren machte ich eine Buchhandelslehre, und habe auf diesem Beruf 25 Jahre lang gearbeitet. Nach 18 Jahren in einer kleineren Buchhandlung wollte ich noch etwas ganz Anderes machen. Die Welt des Spitals hat mich angezogen. Nach einer Ausbildung zur Medizinischen Sekret\u00e4rin ging ich auf Stellensuche und stiess dabei auf die ZSVA des Inselspitals. Ich hatte zwar noch nie eine \u201eSteri\u201c von innen gesehen, aber die Aufgaben, die im Inserat aufgelistet waren, t\u00f6nten spannend und die Anforderungen passten auf mich \u2013 Teamf\u00e4higkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, sowie Interesse an hoher Qualit\u00e4t. So arbeitete ich bis heute und werde das auch als Kassierin und als Vorstandsmitglied beibehalten.<\/p><p>Die grossen Herausforderungen, die Vielseitigkeit und die stete Entwicklung einer ZSVA haben mich gepackt. 14 Jahre, bis zu meiner Pensionierung letzten November, habe ich mit viel Herzblut immer wieder neue Aufgaben \u00fcbernehmen d\u00fcrfen, die letzten paar Jahre war ich verantwortlich f\u00fcr die EuroSDS-Stammdaten. Auch die Vielf\u00e4ltigkeit der Mitarbeitenden mit den unterschiedlichen Kulturen und Sprachen hat mir immer sehr gefallen.<\/p><p>Nun will ich gerne mein Wissen und K\u00f6nnen bei der SGSV einsetzen.
